Ahh yes. At the risk of being relegated by The Moderator to the abyss of "off topic", am I the only one with fond memories of females co-workers claiming that they are "tied up on the phone.." (raising interesting imagery); or that they are "chained to their desks...". Ahh the imagery!

She was rescued a while ago. There was no more bondage. She was in a pit unbound.

AFAIC, to produce a chronicle once or twice a year would be a good rythm. Threads could be especially dedicated to DiDscenes on my part of the World (I guess the rules would be more or less the same as the forum ones--age thing or so--aren't they?)

What is this pic?
This pic is from Greyman's site. Did I miss something? Is this an old pic from the original show or a newer one?

I've been hoping to have a forum for more 'long form' posts than are generally considered polite in discussion.

Many other sites have forums that are groupings of threads: you read the first post and then click the link to read the next thread, etc. I never really cared for that system of having to click for the next message, but I did like the thread (grouping) aspect.

Perhaps we could have a hybrid system, where the topics are separated into threads but all messages appear on one page, as is now done in discussion.

Registering to contribute: No problem.

Possible Topics: Top 10 lists; elements of scenes (e.g. Dids in karate uniforms, train ties, stuffing gags); The history and future of our 'hobby' (dang, I sure do miss the AKAWW page...); Conspiracy theories (a favorite of many); rating commerical bondage sites and their products (gasp!); Gettin' something off your chest-type essays.

That is Dawn Wells as "Mary Ann" bound and gagged in GILLIGAN'S ISLAND "How to Be a Hero." The episode is in black and white, but there is also a colorized version. That vidcap is from the colorized version.

I would be willing to write articles/reviews. However, I don't have the ability to make caps and I don't collect caps. I would need someone to help with any caps if they are needed for the article/review.

Alias Promo
I'm sure everone knows Alias reruns have been showing on tnt. They run several different promos to advertise this. In one the guy who plays her father is narating and he says that danger and sex appeal go hand and hand. At that exact moment they show a closeup of Jennifer Garner tape gagged with duct tape. I can't help but wonder if this was a coincidence or did the director/editor think that was a good image to sell the danger and sex appeal idea.

It's NOT a coincidence. Mainstream society knows that a bound and gagged woman is a turn-on. WE are just the ones that will admit it.

I remember one strip where Nancy walks in, close up of her surprised look, then is seen on the phone.
The last panel is her lovely Aunt Fritzi struggling bound and gagged (obviously left there by burglars) while nancy informs her
"the police told me not to touch anything until they get here"

"In the Mix" - Emmanuelle Chriqui
Just saw the previews for this - it's a film with Usher - (bad news) -

He ends up being a driver for a mafia princess played by this hot tamale named Emmanuelle Chriqui -

There appears to be at least one scene - hands behind back and mouth taped up - if you can handle the music, it might be worth a gander -

For the record, the gag is laughable. They use masking tape, and the actress keeps talking right through it. It falls down around her neck ten seconds after. The scene is at least realistic, if nothing else.

Three Extremes
Ebert and Roepper reviewed an Asian movie called "Three Extremes" this week, in which a woman is wired to a piano and cleave gagged. It's actually three separate stories and the middle one is of interest to us.

They warned that this movie is not for all audiences because the word "extreme" is not an understatement.

Yes, same rules. What chronicles are referring to, and
which part of the world? Scene reviews with caps or
something along those lines? That would of interest.

I'm not sure what this means.

Sounds like you are suggesting a multi-contributor article
for the database. That's a possibility, add "followup"
capability.

> Registering to contribute: No problem.

Unlike the Database, it's an absolute necessity as their
would be a password-protected work directory.

Please go ahead and see it - plenty of B&D action with the heroine tied to bed and I think to chair B&G.

Brian, what about a blog that photos can be uploaded to. Articles could be postings, whenever someone was moved to write something for the rest of the community. You could set up the topics, ie. theater, ads, DVD reviews (special features) and limit it to those that you want discussed.
Articles could be long or short, "this is my favorite scene, here's why...'' with illustrations. Or, who was a more appealing DiD, Teri Hatcher or Stephanie Powers? (example).
The one drawback I can think of right away is that it would be similar to what we have now, but it would be a permanent repository, much like the e-zone issues are.
I'd write a piece, with caps, on "Soap Opera Bondage in the 1980s,'' and "Bondage Live, and on Stage,'' a review of all of the productions that have tie-ups in their scripts. Except for Urinetown, probably not many pics.

November Update Complete
Hey Guys,

I just completed a monthly update of caps. They feature some scenes that are quite rare I think. Luz Elena Gonzalez is bound and gagged in the cheap ass Mexican movie "Doble Secuestro". Then cutie Michele Lepe is taken hostage bound and gagged briefly in the short lived crime courtroom drama "Al Filo De La Ley". Finally, I added some old caps from the classic Mexican cheesy sitcom "Que Chicas" which features 2 of the girls getting tied and gagged in swimsuits and another scene with 2 of the girls gettied bound and gagged in police uniforms (for those vatos who into uniformed damsels).

I hope you all enjoy. Have a great week!!!

spoilers say that Sheridan (Mackenzie Westmore) will be held hostage and then rescued after a shootout. Looks like it'll happen Monday and/or Tuesday.

Re: FUZZWEB
A spectacular update, it's always reassuring to see you still hanging in there, delivering the goods regularly. Your persistence is truly admirable, I had a DiD site for about half a year before throwing in the towel (the ill-fated X-DiD, as a select few of you may remember or have seen).

I'm curios about your scene from Ein Fall Fur Zwei. It doesn't appear to be in the database .. Can you offer any details? Thanks a lot, pal.

I'll consider it, but not really the direction I was
thinking of. I like the discrete articles versus
something like archived discussion posts.

Effects
"Effects" is a film made in 1980 by several of the guys who got their start working with George Romero. It's been "lost" for some time, and is just now being released on DVD.

Never seen it, but the premise is evidently that old fave, the "snuff" film. Have no idea if there's a scene, but it sounds like it might be worth taking a look at.
