Alias
Not much in tonight's episode. Syd was Ko'd via syringe. When next seen, she's tied to the chair for interrogation. I didn't notice any restaints while fast-forwarding, but there might have been something. Syd later KO'd the brunette captor with the same syringe.

Interesting side note. The guy doing the interrogation was the same actor who had Elisha Cuthbert bound and gagged in the trunk of his car in her first scene on "24." Too bad he didn't follow that up by gagging Jennifer Garner.

If you've seen the trailers, you get the idea: suspended by her wrists, arms wide apart, and offered to Kong. The abduction that takes place beforehand offers nothing, not even a handgag.

Minor spoiler:

Later, an actress "re-creates" the scene onstage, and is suspended the same way when Kong breaks loose.

I think her arms were actually restrained at the wrist. And in some kind of flashback, she is handcuffed (hands in front) with Vaughan. But a crappy scene. Why couldn't the hot agent who was working with her when she was abducted have gotten some treatment?

Thanks
I have just read the postings on Brian's Page regarding the passing of my husband Fuzz. You all are so kind and yes he was a very upstanding man. He didn't have a dishonest bone in his body. I will miss my man after 31 years of marriage. He always enjoyed getting on here to see what was happening and chatting with all his different friends. He'd say I've got friends all over the world and from the responses I've read I know it's true.
Thank you so much for all the pleasure he got from this and doing tapes and everything else. I wouldn't have minded if his address was posted but I understand where you all were coming from.
Again thanks for making him happy.

Bye, Fuzz
Apologize for my delay in posting. I didn't know what quite to say.

See you on the other side, Fuzz. Godspeed.

Y&R update
To update on the Canada poster from Wednesday who missed the first 15 minutes. After opening credits, Sheila and the damsel (don't know her name, Lauren?) are in a struggle scene on the floor. Nice shots of the damsel's ass in pink sweatpants as she gets on top of Sheila. Tom comes in and grabs her off. The rest of the hour only has a couple of scenes with Tom tying Lauren up. You hear him ripping the tape, but we never see her feet or hands tied, just implied. The boat explodes in the final minutes.

But the good news is I think there's a great chance at a scene for Friday. Lauren was talking Tom out of the plot in the final scene, so her being a major character, he'll likely have her taken her off the boat and stashed her somewhere (hopefully B&G) while he tries and makes a deal with Sheila.

Major John's Update
The unidentified British series looks like "The Invisible Man". Not to be confused with the 70s US "Invisible Man" series with David McCallum.

There was one shot where you could see practically her entire lower legs wrapped in tape

I am sure that I speak for many other baby boomer dinosaurs in saying how happy and glad I am that Larry had such a kind, understanding, and loving wife.

Re: Fuzz passed away
I'm just learning about the death of Fuzz and I'm shocked. He was a great guy not just because of his efforts to acquire such a massive collection but becuse he wanted to share it with others. Any trade you made with him was generous from his end. I hope we can all remember that his giving spirit is what made a group such as this a true community. May he rest in peace. God bless his family.

Yes, I caught that on the replay. Thanks for spotting that. Right when the taping scene starts we get a brief glipse of her taped ankles as the camera pans up. Tons of duct tape wrapped around her feet. Wonder if she'll be as well taped on Friday.

Re: Y&R update
Too bad she wasn't gagged. Tom could've easily said 'Just be quiet' and applied the gag.

What kind of shoes/pants or whatever was she wearing?

I just got back from Peter Jackson's KING KONG, &...

(1) Peter Jackson is a WORLD HERITAGE TREASURE!!

(2) Anyone with *any* appreciation of women's feet is gonna *love* the Bride-of-Kong/Sacrifice-of-Ann scene! ;-}

(3) Olivia Newton John, Nicole Kidman... & now Naomi Watts?? Is there a secret Gorgeous Babe Breeding Facility in the middle of the Australian Outback??

why? are her bare feet tied? It didn't seem that way from the previews.

No, unfortunately her bare feet are *not* tied, but she (& they) get dragged to the edge of a bamboo platform on the top of the wall, we see her (& them) scramble and resist, & then she (& they) are lifted into mid air. Much pointing & kicking ensues.

Bare, wet (it's raining), somewhat dirty, *VERY* pretty. {Sigh} I begin to appreciate what Maestro Saudelli sees in those things. :-)

I agree 100% with Jeff. I didn't do a lot of trading with Fuzz, although I did do some. He was a hell of a guy, always responded in a quick and timely manner, and would go out of his way to help someone with a "holy grail". I trade with VERY FEW people but I would go as far as to say that he was someone you could rely on 100%.

I deeply regret your loss Joyce and I wish the best for you and your family.

And let's not forget Poppy Montgomery, yet another gorgeous Australian, who was bound and gagged in the defunct series "Glory Days". Does anyone know whether this series is available on DVD?

I know what happens next. I don't know what the rules on revealing spoilers are here. But if I were a betting man, I'd bet lightly on a B&G scene for Lauren and heavily on a double DiD scene.

Re: Y&R update
Sorry to burst your bubble guys but I doubt anything is going to happen. Sheila placed a bomb on the boat which wa slikely to kill Tom and Lauren's character. And to make matters worse here, both Lauren and the actor that plays Tom have been let go by Y&R. So in all likelyhood, both Tom and Lauren were killed well Sheila got away. Hence her plotting the bomb and her missing. Both are dead, well Sheila lives.

The Howling DVD edited??
I posted this a few days ago but with everything else happening I'll post again. I recently rented The Howling DVD off NetFlix in order to upgrade the poor copy I have that I recorded off VHS (in EP speed to make things worse!)and found that the scene in the peep show booth was rather heavily edited. In fact there were only 2 scenes of the girl on the bed once the gag had been applied. I checked my old copy of the scene & there are at least 6 separate shots of her after being gagged, including one nice close up.
There were still the shots of her having her clothes ripped off by the rapists & full frontal nudity was there so it couldn't have just been a "PG-rated" version I saw. Today I rented the movie from Blockbuster, thinking maybe the version NetFlix has had been cut for some inexplicable reason during those shots of the peep show, but Blockbuster's copy was edited also, in the same places. Apparently only the VHS copy has the full scene intact. Has anyone else noticed this? I doubt may of us have tried to get that scene these days as we all probably already have it in our collections, but it does seem very weird. It wasn't even nudity that was edited out, just 4-5 shots of the girl in the movie (unless the DVD version cut out some of the rape scenes for whatever reason). Both the DVDs I viewed were the rated-R versions...is there some "unrated edition" DVD that one wouold have to get to see the entire scene intact?
