I would assume this means the database entry is
incorrect, so I think this should be carried over to the
DB corrections page.

It could be Kerry Mack?
The entry 2204 would be correct.

There is some Title Format problems which need fixing though

Armed Forces Update
Major John will have a special update FRIDAY for the US/Can/Aus/Nato forces in Iraq & Afghanistan.
It is particularly large in size and they're expecting it.

For us others: Please be considerate of the troops in the field and do NOT attempt to download this prior to SUNDAY so that the boys there can get it and enjoy with no internet glitches.

"Why Didn't He Gag Her Annie...?"
Hi Folks,

Does anyone here know of any instance where the fact that a previous victim was NOT gagged was used as the central plot device of a story?

The reason that I ask is that this actually occurred last night during the first ep of BBC1's new series "Life On Mars".The fact that the autopsy of a previous victim revealed no trace of her having been gagged, when reason and ,presumably, previous experience dictated that she should have been, was the starting point for solving the case!

The title of my post is a straight quote from the ep.The temporally displaced C21st CID officer is standing in front of a blackboard trying to make his 1973 colleagues understand the importance of getting inside the perp's mind.He continues,"Now the victim wasn't gagged", before
calling over a lowly uniformed WPC who is shuffling files. He explains that she has a Ba in Psychology and asks her, "Why didn't he gag her Annie?".

Simultaneously frustrating and, I thought, rather interesting....?

regarding the charmed one
How long did it take to get Holy Marie Combs gagged. Knowing this will probably be the last season for this show, I wonder if they are playing up some old story lines that had her in this (a rather good scene)situation. I wonder if there might be double, or dare I say a triple full treatment coming up, yes I know, but one can hope they will pull out all the stops

The Movies Game
Found this at the Western Civilization forum:

http://s13.invisionfree.com/Western_Civilization/index.php?showtopic=142

Basically, here's the jist: There is a computer game called "The Movies" produced by Lionhead Studios - street price$50. (http://www.themoviesgame.com/) It's a Sims-esque game where the player runs a movie studio - all the hiring, firing, picking scripts, picking wardrobe and props, etc.

Of interest to us is a secondary game included with the main game - the ability to create a 'movie' all the way from concept to finished product. The finished product is populated with Poser people and stuff, and doesn't look half bad. The Moviesgame website has hundreds of home-made movies to view. Most are 3-10 minutes in length.

The possibilities are nearly endless for those of us who have tons of story ideas but not much artistic ability. I've included a clip from one of the films. The cheerleader is 'handcuffed' with invisible cuffs.

Oh well, we'll take what we can get.

Anybody have any experience with this game?

P.S. I've posted this here knowing that it is possibly off-topic, seeing as how the 'movies' don't have a wide audience. But since bondage in video games IS on-topic, I figured there's at a least 50% chance it is topical.

Great find! I have read about this game before that you can write your own plots.

Is it possible to make your actresses play a tied up and gagged women? (I suppose it should have gags if it has invisible handcuffs...)

I'm very surprised we got this scene, but it was played for laughs, not the typical intense damsel in distress scene in most shows which this series has totally abandonned since Shannen Doherty left the series. And even though HMC has added, I'd say, at least 20 pounds since the show started, she still looked good. Take a look at some of the old photos of her face and you can spot her significant weight gain. She had gotten heavier before her real-life pregnancy last year and is still gaining.

That said, I'd still have preferred any of the other 3 over HMC in that cleave-gag but it was still an unexpected bonus that we'll gladly take.

I think her scene in the film Dr Giggles was better. The Charmed Scene looked to me almost as if the gag was falling out

Interesting to note that was 14 years between traditional gag scenes for Holly Marie Combs, as "Dr. Giggles" was filmed in 1992 and "Charmed." (not counting the spider web gag last season). Pretty long gap.

Wow, didn't know there was demand for that out in Iraq. I will definitely wait until Sunday. Thanks a lot for all your work, Major.

I dunno. Unfortunately, that was one of the earliest scenes I ever collected, before I realized the benefits of identifying the actresses! And as I've never seen the video for rent again, I don't know the character's name :-(

Not exactly, but on a related note I recall a "Man From U.N.C.L.E." episode where a young blond hottie was found by the heroes tied to a chair. After searching the house for her & finally finding her, Illya says to her "you weren't gagged but yet you didn't cry out" and she said something to the effect about kinda just enjoying being tied up! Now that was kind of neat.

Congo Bill
At last I have snared a video of the old serial Congo Bill.
The magic sequence comes at the end of chapter ten and the start of chapter eleven.
Set in the Jungle (of course) At night Congo Bill and his party, including Laureen the jungle queen (played by the stunning Cleo Moore). While sleeping the bad guys move in looking for gold hidden in some sacks. They make enough noise to wake Laureen sleeping near by. She is hand-gagged and carried away. It is now daylight and knowing our hero isn't far behind they tie her to a tree. The ropes are tied around her legs and torso and her arms are pulled back. She is gagged OTM with a large cloth covering her mouth and chin. They leave a loop of rope as a trap for the hero.
There is some good struggling as Congo Bill races to the rescue. He is hoisted upside down by one leg and is shot.
chapter eleven. He faked it and is soon out of his predicament and unties the heroin.
There are some good close-ups as the bad guys set the trap and she is always in the background even when the trap is sprung.
Does any one know if it is in the database? I haven't had any luck so far.

Might get quicker results if you try checking the database yourself, then you won't have to wait for someone to do it for you.

Re: regarding the charmed one

i appreciate the gesture and the gag, and most of all, the slow pan up from HMC's chest, but whoever wrote that episode needs some writing lessons. Any writer who gags a damsel, and then allows her muffled cries to be heard by her sisters 2 stories up needs to consult a dictionary to find out what a "gag" is supposed to do
